This Policy is effective as of April 2024

Prices we quote always include VAT at the relevant rate.
We are part of London Blue White Limited and our VAT number is GB 354 730 303.
OUR PRICES
We may update prices at any time. Despite our best efforts, a small number of our products we sell may occasionally be mispriced. If this happens then we will not be obliged to supply the Products at the incorrect price or at all. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or endeavour to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
PAYMENT
We offer all our goods on a payment-with-order basis. This means you must pay us when you place the order. We can take payment by most credit cards and debit cards. We will only accept your order if we receive the payment in full.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your orders via the Website up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the confirm order and pay (or similar) button on the check out page of our Website. Please carefully check your order at each stage of the order process. Once you have clicked the confirm order and pay (or similar) button, you will need to pay for the Products you have ordered via the Website.
Your order is an offer to purchase from us. When you place an order with us (or otherwise offer to make a purchase from us), you do so in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, subject to our acceptance of your order (or offer to make a purchase). If you place an order via our Website (or where we have otherwise stated that we will), we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order, together with your order number and details of the Product(s) you have ordered.
If you use a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you must use your credit/debit card or a credit/debit card that you are otherwise authorised to use. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks by third parties and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment or any other validation checks return adverse results, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. If you use PayPal/ Klarna/ Stripe or any other payment provider to pay for your order and the issuer of the card or the payment provider that operates the account that you use to fund or which is linked with your PayPal/Klarna/Stripe or any other payment provider account refuses to authorise payment, we reserve the right to reject your order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the rejection.
We are not responsible for the card issuer or bank charging the cardholder as a result of our processing of the credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
DELIVERY
We will deliver your order to any address in the UK. For standard delivery, we use a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods on the next working day. If you live in a remote area or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find, your delivery may take a little longer.
Dispatch time – Same day if ordered before 3pm and will be delivered on next working day unless the next working day is a Bank Holiday.
Please be aware while we guarantee that we will dispatch your order, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with couriers.
We are only able to dispatch your order to the address entered on our website at the time of payment. Please ensure any address changes are updated prior to ordering.

All delivery times are subject to change, especially during peak periods.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be happy with your UKLOVESDIY purchase. However, if you need to return any item we will happily refund or exchange it, provided it is within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
UNWANTED GOODS
If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. To return an item(s) please notify Customer Services at UKLOVESDIY by email via customer@uklovesdiy.com. Please share the order number and a reason why you may want to return the product to us. Please allow us up to 2 working days for a response.
Any item must be returned unused in its original packaging and in sellable condition, along with a copy of the invoice (as proof of purchase). Please include a note within the returned package with a reason for return as well as your name and address. You will need to cover the postage cost, however if you are returning a faulty item your postage cost will be refunded once we have received the item back and checked the fault.
Where possible please try and use the original packaging when sending your items back and ensure it is securely packaged as UKLOVESDIY cannot be held responsible for any damage during posting.
Please make sure you ship the parcel is delivered to us within 30 days of you receiving your order. We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage. Please keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.
RETURNING PARCEL
We strongly recommend that you return your parcel by recorded delivery as this will allow you to track the whereabouts of your parcel online. Once we have received your parcel and processed your items we will send you an email to confirm that it has been returned and the monies credited to your account. Please remember that some banks may take up to 10 days to show the refunded monies in your account. In order for us to deal with your enquiry please contact us within 21 days of return if you have not been refunded your monies.
MISTAKES
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact Customer Services at customer@uklovesdiy.com quoting your order number and the required refund amount. In order for us to deal with your query you must contact us within two weeks of receiving your refund.
FAULTY GOODS
If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty we will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty, please contact UKLOVESDIY within 7 days of receiving the item. Customer Services at UKLOVESDIY will be happy to support customers in resolving such issues. You may be asked to provide photographic images of the damage or product fault for Customer Services to investigate and resolve. By providing these, Customer Services can suggest the most appropriate resolutions. If asked to return a damaged or faulty item, UKLOVESDIY is responsible for the cost of postage. Customers have 30 days from purchase to return a faulty or damaged item to UKLOVESDIY for an exchange (stock permitting) or refund.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail. We will process the refund as soon as possible. If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Please note, if UKLOVESDIY organise for a courier to collect a faulty / damaged item from your home and they are unable to access the item, a fee of £10.00 will be deducted from the total refund given.
Within 30 days of the receipt of goods you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement or full refund. If your item develops a fault, please notify Customer Services via customer@uklovesdiy.com. Once again, Customer Services may ask for photographic images of the damage or fault so that they are able to resolve the issue appropriately.
We will offer either a refund including postage costs, or a replacement product (stock permitting). The refund or replacement will be actioned once the original product has been examined, either by photographic images sent or returned to the UKLOVESDIY team for assessment and verification.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Once an order has been placed and paid for, UKLOVESDIY is unable to cancel this. If a product is unwanted, the buyer has 30 days to return this to UKLOVESDIY with the responsibility of postage costs.
CHANGING A DELIVERY ADDRESS
Delivery addresses can only be changed before an item is ordered and paid for. UKLOVESDIY is unable to change the delivery address of an order once it has been placed due to Payment Protection.
UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
If the courier is not able to deliver an item and a re-delivery has not been booked by the buyer, they will return it to UKLOVESDIY. In these instances, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact UKLOVESDIY and to pay for the postage of a second delivery to their address.
AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep enough stock so that we never run out. However, at times when there is unexpectedly high demand, we may unfortunately run out. If this happens, we may delay sending out your order for a couple of days while we get new stock.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, contact us at any time and we will work with you to deal with the problem. This may involve a repair, providing a replacement product or giving you a full or partial refund. Your rights, defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these terms.
UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES
If things like strikes, wars, acts of terrorism or even small things like power cuts interfere with our business with you, we will do our best to keep things going. However, we will not be legally responsible to you for any failure which is due to these unexpected circumstances or any other situation outside our control.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Age restrictions apply to some goods we supply. By ordering these goods, you are confirming that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery, or collecting the goods, is also over 18.
LIABILITY
If you are acting as a consumer (which for these purposes means anyone who acts outside the course of a business, trade or profession) in your ordering and/or purchasing of Products, to the extent not prohibited by law, we accept no liability for any:
- Loss which is not foreseeable (loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time you and we entered into our agreement);
- Loss which arises when we are not at fault or in breach of our agreement; and
- Business loss (which includes loss of profits, loss of business, contracts, goodwill, business opportunity and other similar losses).
If you are acting as a consumer, you may have certain legal rights regarding claims in respect of losses caused by our negligence or failure to carry out our obligations. Nothing in our agreement is intended to limit your legal rights as a consumer.
If you are acting as a business customer
If you are acting in the course of a business, trade or profession in your ordering and/or purchasing of Products (a business customer), we shall have no liability to compensate you (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise), other than any refund we make under our agreement or otherwise at our discretion.
Without prejudice if you are acting as a business customer in your ordering and/or purchasing of Products, we accept no liability (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any of the following losses:
- Loss of profits, revenue, sales, income, or business;
- Loss of savings
- Loss of use or production;
- Loss of goodwill;
- Business interruption;
- Remedial costs if the Products are damaged or defective;
- Damage to property or possessions through use or misuse of the products;
- Loss caused by delay or other late performance; and
- Indirect or consequential losses.
If you are acting as a business customer in your ordering and/or purchasing of Products, you acknowledge and agree that all our obligations to you are set out in our agreement.
If you are acting as a business customer in your ordering and/or purchasing of Products, except as set out in our agreement, all other terms, warranties, representations and conditions implied by statute, common law or otherwise (including fitness for purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We will not be responsible to you or, if you are undertaking work for another person, to any other person, for the use or installation of any Products by you (or on your behalf). Accordingly, as a business customer, you hereby agree to hold us harmless, and indemnify us, against any liability associated with any claim or allegation that we are responsible for any failings in the installation or use of Products that we supply.
Liability provisions that apply whether you act as a consumer or business customer. Nothing in our agreement limits or excludes our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Our Website, catalogues and other media may contain information and materials created and submitted by third parties, and we exclude liability for all losses arising from any error, omission or inaccuracy in any such information and material.
INDEMNITY
You as the end user either consumer and business customer agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UKLOVESDIY, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery, nor if performance of any of our obligations is prevented or restricted, nor for any damage or defect to Products supplied or delivered under our agreement, in each case that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, the following to the extent these are outside our reasonable control: accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of telecommunications networks, inability to use transport networks, acts of God, terrorist attack, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, acts or restraints of Government, and imposition of restrictions on imports or exports).
YOUR INFORMATION
In the course of our dealings with you we will collect and process personal information about you, including to administer and process your order, and to provide the Products. Further information on the manner in which we process personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on our Website.
YOUR UKLOVESDIY ACCOUNT
UKLOVESDIY retains the right to refuse any request made by you, and UKLOVESDIY reserves the right to close your UKLOVESDIY account at its sole discretion.
LAW
These terms of business will be governed by English law. Any disputes will be dealt with by the English courts
ENTIRE AGREMENT
The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and UKLOVESDIY. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by the Director of UKLOVESDIY.
