Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your UKLOVESDIY purchase. However, if you need to return any item we will happily refund or exchange it, provided it is within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Any item must be returned unused in its original packaging and in sellable condition, along with a copy of the invoice (as proof of purchase). Please include a note within the returned package with a reason for return as well as your name and address.

These incidents might happen and we do apologise for this in advance. If you have received your delivery and products are damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and full details of the products, so that our team can resolve this for you.

If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty we will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty, please contact UKLOVESDIY within 7 days of receiving the item. Customer Services at UKLOVESDIY will be happy to support customers in resolving such issues. You may be asked to provide photographic images of the damage or product fault for Customer Services to investigate and resolve.

We strongly recommend that you return your parcel by recorded delivery as this will allow you to track the whereabouts of your parcel online. Once we have received your parcel and processed your items we will send you an email to confirm that it has been returned and the monies credited to your account. Please remember that some banks may take up to 10 days to show the refunded monies in your account. In order for us to deal with your enquiry please contact us within 14 days of return if you have not been refunded your monies.

If you receive products damaged or defective we will create a return label for you and send you via email. Please print the label on the parcel and pass on to the courier. If you would like to ship your unwanted goods, you are welcome to use any courier you wish. Before you ship the products please get in contact with us.

Exchanges

Yes you can. Please get in contact with our customer services and we will be happy to assist. Once we have your items back, we can ship the new products to you.

If you require an exchange because the product is defective, we will then cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

The simple answer is yes. We just need to inspect the product and if it is in sellable condition, you will get the full refund.

14 working days of us taking receipt of the parcel. If you did not receive yout refund within 14 days, please be in touch with us quoting your parcel’s tracking number and/or your order number so we can work on it right away.

General Questions

Delivery addresses can only be changed before an item is ordered and paid for. UKLOVESDIY is unable to change the delivery address of an order once it has been placed.

Once an order has been placed and paid for, UKLOVESDIY is unable to cancel this order. If a product is unwanted, the buyer has 30 days to return this to UKLOVESDIY with the responsibility of postage costs.
